About ME
My work is rooted in a simple belief: every person deserves access to compassionate care, clear communication, and systems that truly support their well-being. My journey began in healthcare settings where I quickly realized that patient care extends far beyond clinical treatment—it depends on empathy, organization, timely follow-up, and the ability to see the whole person behind the medical chart. I witnessed the gaps, the overwhelm, the families trying to navigate complex systems, and the individuals who simply needed someone to guide them. That’s where my calling into social work and community care truly began.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my work across patient experience, behavioral health, case management, and community advocacy. I have supported individuals through crisis, connected families to essential resources, advocated for people facing homelessness or mental health challenges, and helped strengthen the communication between patients and the systems meant to serve them. Every role—from hospital-based support to community outreach—has deepened my commitment to ensuring that care is accessible, dignified, and trauma-informed.
Today, I’m continuing my education in social work while actively designing tools, workflows, and community-centered projects that bridge the gaps I once witnessed firsthand. My focus is on innovating within healthcare and community systems—not through technology alone, but through human-centered solutions that make processes clearer, support more consistent, and services easier to navigate. Whether it’s developing patient support pathways or community resource hubs, my work is guided by the belief that innovation and compassion must work hand in hand.
On this website, I share my experience, insights, projects, and reflections from this ongoing journey. My goal is to uplift communities, strengthen support systems, and contribute to a future where healthcare and social services work together seamlessly—where every person feels seen, supported, and empowered on their path toward healing and stability.
